Dinner- hot honey chicken Mac and cheese

My Journey

First and foremost I am a Christian, secondly I am a certified personal trainer. I started this company with the hope of combining two my passions, loving Jesus and health. I have a special interest in helping busy women and mamas be the healthiest version of themselves. I am also a teacher and athletic trainer full time. I love helping people and hope I can use this platform to bring others to Christ and help people make lifestyle changes that reflect a healthy body and healthy
